New Hardware/Software Compatibility Matrix

I have posted an update to the Extreme Hardware/Software Compatibility and Recommendation Matrices, dated April 22, 2016. The document contains a new section for EOS-based systems (K-Series, S-Series, and 7100-Series), with compatibility information for hardware and optical devices (SFP, SFP+, and QSFP+).
