TACACS Web Access on VSP7024XLS

I have over 200 VSP7024XLS VSP switches with TACACS configured. I can SSH using TACACS but the web interface only allows local users and passwords.

Is this normal or should I be able to use TACACS with the web interface?

Actually, the VSP7024 is basically an ERS, it is a VSP only by name....
The 7024 does have TACACS support, but it never got TACACS support for EDM, which only cam on certain ERS models.
