Can we stack x690 using the transceiver - 10 0Gb QSFP28 LR4 10 km or DAC cable --- 10 0Gb, DAC QSFP28-QSFP28 0.5m ----- 100G stacking required.

Yes, per the datasheet (page 2):

"Any of the supported 100 Gb QSFP28 direct attach cables can be used for the stacking links"
