Hi Team ,
We are going to upgrade BD 8K Switch from 15.1 to 15.3 , At starting of upgrade while doing TFTP of image file we encounter problem of FIle could not be unwrapped .
Then we try to download fresh image & tried again but same issue .
LUBUMB_S2.3 #
LUBUMB_S2.3 # download image 192.168.1.6 bd8800-15.3.3.5-patch1-4.xos vr "VR-Default"
Note: The inactive partition (primary) will be used for installation.
Do you want to install image after downloading? (y - yes, n - no, - cancel) Yes
Downloading to MSM-A..........................................................................Error: Failed to download image - Error: File could not be unwrapped.
We tried vr Vr-mgmt also for TFTP image file but that also have same issue.
can you help here to find out issue ..
