ERROR PoE In Summit X460-48P

I had a problem with PoE in the Switch summit X460-48p, the port not delivering PoE, The diagnosis is as follows
Test XGM3 Module : Not detected, skipping test
- Please do not insert during diagnostics
Test Stacking Module : Not detected, skipping test
- Please do not insert during diagnostics
Test i2cenviron - PASS
Test fantray - PASS
Test nvram - PASS
Test internal compact flash - PASS
Test sdram - PASS
Test loopback eth - PASS
Test loopback pci - PASS
Test loopback mac interface - PASS
Test loopback phy copper - PASS
Test loopback phy fiber - PASS
Test snake interface - PASS
Test asic0 reg - PASS
Test asic0 mac - PASS
Test asic1 reg - PASS
Test asic1 mac - PASS
Test PoE - FAIL
Storing diagnostics result into EEPROM.
Diagnostics completed.
Last Test Date: Jun-11-2013 POE check state loop test failed
Last Test Version: 5.10
Summary: Diagnostics Fail
RMA is Recommended for this problem ???

Run into the same issues before, Called TAC and RMA the switch.

Probably an RMA is needed. But TAC need to be consulted first. Contact them. (from ethernet)
