I have X440-G2-24t with S/N 1711N-40484 and Voucher ID : “Dual 10GbE Upgrade License”. I active them in Extreme Portal à Assetsà Generate License but can’t active.

Error message appears:

Hi Long Tran,

There are two accounts mapped to the serial number and it is corrected now.

Please try once again and check if you are able to generate license key from the portal.
