Hardware resource allocation failed for ROUTE table, sub-type: IPv6

I have below alarm on switch, further I have checked and observed that routing table is crossed till 95% which is threshold. How to clear this alarm on the switch or any fix ?

It's likely the below issues.  If you have plenty of table space, please open a GTAC case.   

• Resources are reached to border levels (not Green, could be either Yellow or Red)
• Hash collision in the LEM table.
