How to configuring link flapping SNMP traps in EXOS

Is there anyway to set a threshold for link flapping (port-up-down) to generate a trap ?
For an e.g., in EOS I can set ,
set linkflap threshold ge.*.*
set linkflap action ge.*.* genTrapHow to do the samething in EXOS ?

Just reading the release notes for version 22.1 and it now looks like link flap detection has now been added!
