Hi, I recently bought a second hand x440 1st generation with a view to putting the AVB feature pack on. I am trying to get the latest x440 firmware but I can't find any way of registering the serial number to my portal account. Without the serial number reg it seems I cannot download the firmware. I have tried to create a case on the support site but just get 404 errors or other misc errors.
Can anyone advise how I can get the firmware?
