Hey Mohamed
The best way to get it RMAed is to call 1 800 998 2408 or if you have a service account you can go to this link and log into esupport and open a case online

Hey Mohamed
if the switch is booting and the LEDs appear normal Then I am suspicious I have never seen an issue where the serial port is bad.
Do you have another switch to verify the cable and terminal emulator. If you are comfortable that it is set up correctly then I agree with Sumit that this should be RMAed.
