Q-in-Q Inner VLAN ID Broadcast Traffic

Hi,

It is possible to associate a port to combination of outer and iner vlan ID in Q-in-Q (802.11ad) configuration? The target is not have broadcast of specific outer and vlan ID will not go to all outer vlan ID associated ports. Any better way of using Q-in-Q with single device?
