X440-G2 is actually bound to a warranty where lifetime (EoS + 5yr) updates and upgrades are assured. Perhaps your extremeportal account is not bound to a VAR/Customer account or relevant purchase. Worse case would be if this is a second-hand purchase, I’d have a bad news then…
Do you have an support contract? If yes, maybe the contract is not matched to you account. Your local sales team from extreme should be able to help you.
