X670v - 10918 No Juice

I have an X670v with a pair of 10918 power supplies. The switch doesn’t power on.

I had no problems with them powering up with the AC power supplies before I moved them.

Any tips of what to look at, other than I have bad power supplies?

There is power at the screw terminals.

When I looked at the problem, I saw that my guys had the + and - reversed.
