X770 FAN-OUT Port Not Present

Neither the Copper nor the fiber fan-out cables that Extreme provided
are coming up. Port 1 says Enabled/Ready, but the other three say Enabled/Port Not Present. I searched the ExOS guides and cannot figure out how to get these ports up. Can you tell me how? The remote X670 shows all four ports as Enabled/Active.

Did you configure the port for 4 x 10? - Issue the command "configure port partition <1x40, 4x10>" - You then need to reboot and you should see them.
