Attempted to log on aerohive sr2024 Switch today via web browser and received a 503 Service Unavailable error.

the switch is barely utilized.

Thank you for letting me know, I’ve just sent you an email with instructions on how to get the firmware files you’ll need and a guide that reviews how to update the switch firmware via CLI. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!

Hello, I have the same issue for a SR2148P switch, an I also get the information on how to upgrade the firmware? It is currently running  HiveOS 6.5r11 build-216370. Thabk you!
