40 minutes delay in deploy

I have a VLAN, applying 200 ACLS. but 40 minutes delay in the deployment of the ACL removed and 40 minutes to deploy, is normal?
The switch is a Blackdiamond 8800.
What is your advice?

40 minutes to deploy seems high. I would suggest opening a case with TAC at 1-800-998-2408 to see if there isn't something else contributing to that time.
