Ah - thanks Patrick - that's perfect - and +1 to keeping it in some form. Until its fate is decided, there should at least be a link to it from the Hub pages - I couldn't find a link to it anywhere but spent about 20 frustrating mins trying! Also sincerely hope this doesn't spell the end for Enterasys Customer Mailing List which is another great resource. List volume is low and often prompts a quicker response from contributors that a forum would do. P.S. On another note - lots of positive comments in other threads about GTAC and I would fully mirror those - hope the Enterasys/Extreme hookup fully recognises the importance of such a fantastic team who in my opinion are a huge part of customer loyalty.

I really appreciate your feedback Patrick regarding our KB migration. I am actively looking for ways to improve and speed up this migration and make sure that the information you expect from us is still easily accessible. It is our hope that since we are moving the top 200 or so KB articles, that perhaps additional topics will come from our community as to what additional information we should migrate. I look forward to working with you to make sure you are satisfied with the information available here.

I would suggest that the link to the Kowledgebase from http://www.enterasys.com/support/ was removed prematurely.

I am very sorry that you found searching for your content frustrating Nick! We are working diligently to move the most popular KB articles into the community so it will be easier to search and comment on those that are important to you. We are also working on providing a prompt response in our community so hopefully you will find over time that it should exceed mailing lists. 
