Does 210 series support Ipv4 to IPv6 Transition Mechanism (Dual Stack on HP 2530) and Virtual Stacking (Virtual stack is a technology that provides centralized management for up to 10,000 switch ports.)?

I am checking 210 series specs against the HP 2530 which says it support Dual Stack and Virtual Stacking that says it can provide centralized management for up to 10,000 switch ports. Which confuses me because when you say stacking the stacked switches need to function as one switch and from the description of virtual stacking they say they can make hundreds of 2530s to act as one switch.
