Hai can anyone help how to upgrade bosss os switches in a stack (Avaya 4800) also how to replace a switch in stack with new one.

Also Password reset procedures in a BOSS OS stack

The instructions on how to replace a switch in a stack will be in the user manual.  You will find that in the documents page.

Unfortunately the ERS4800 are end of life and are no longer supported by Extreme. 

your best bet to is reboot the stack and interrupt the boot with a CONTROL+C and default the switches.
