Falla ExtremeSwitching X450G2-24t

Buen día,

Estimados,

Tuvimos una falla en un ExtremeSwitching X450G2-24t-G4, presentaba un bloqueo, no permitía acceso a la interfaz web, ni permitía acceso por cable de consola, adicionalmente deshabilitó algunos puertos de red.

Lo reiniciamos quitando el cable de corriente, sin embargo al conectarlo por el cable de consola notamos que se perdieron todas las configuraciones, el equipo quedo reseteado de fábrica.

Me gustaría saber si es de su conocimiento ¿cuál podría ser el origen de esta falla?
