For (8) x620-8t-2x in a ring, is it possible to disable stacking for the 2x ports (9 and 10) and configure these as ISL uplink ports ?

Hi,
not sure to fully understand the question. The ports used for stacking on the x620 are regular ethernet port by default. So, if you do not enable stacking(-support) these are regular data ports, and you can do anything usual on them.
If the question is about making a ring of MLAGs, the answer is not really.
