How would you go about doing a Transfer of the configs from Cisco switch to an Extreme switch?

The commandsets between the two manufacturers are chalk and cheese, however There was a cisco command module floating around. I've been using Extreme and migrating from Cisco devices for clients for 15 years and have never actually used it so YMMV, it might not even exist now.

Honestly I just recommend everyone uses XiQ these days, It's rock solid, works on templates and supports 99% of what the switches do with a CLI drop in for anything particularly fancy you are doing.

I guess the obvious answer would be: understand what the commands are doing and use the appropriate commands on the new platform.
