So I got an AP230 from a liquidator, tried to add it to the cloud to try out various features but got an error message during adding:"A stale record of the device was found in the redirector"
From previous forum posts, looks like this AP is still attached to an old account.
Serial# is 02301708040172.
I tried to submit a support case, but that requires a corporate account by the looks of it (requires corporate/business info to register for an Extreme Portal account in order to create a support case).
Can any moderator please try removing it from the old account?
