Starting out with an AP150W

I have just purchased two used AP150W devices. I believe I have reset them by holding in the reset button and powering on. When I connect to the console port at 9600 baud I can see the device talking to me:

The old Aerohive standby of admin/aerohive or admin/Aerohive1 isn't accepted and it just asks me to login again. How do I get to the CLI?

It seems that I hadn't reset the device properly. If you leave power and the console connected and then press and hold the reset button then you can see when, after 5 seconds, it loads the defaults and reboots.
