Surface Tablet connected to AP3640-NAM AP very slow accessing the Internet

I have a user that has a Surface tablet and when the tablet is connected to the Thick 3640-NAM AP he is experiencing very slow connectivity to the Internet. I connect to the same AP with my laptop or Ipad and both work fine. Are there any settings that have to be set on the AP to remediate this issue? I also have thin 3715i APs and the surfaces tablets work fine on the 3715i APs.
