Aerohive AP cannot join network with Domain Credentials

I recently took over IT at a school district. I have an Aerohive WIFI network that speaks with the AD controller and is supposed to allow people to join the network with their domain credentials, but that has stopped working. When I go to myhive.aerohive.com and try to manage the devices, it says, "The license has expired, you need to get a new entitlement key." I am unable to do that since aerohive is now owned by Extreme.

What do I do????

No. I don’t know who my sales rep is. Do I just send an email to the sales department?

Have you reached out to your Sales Rep?  Yes, AH is now EXTR, but the process to get an updated license/activation key can still be done.
