Hi all,
I am just thinking about installing a software for a quick WiFi Anayses on my Laptop - to get a fast overview at the customer's site, regarding the Key Wifi indicators.
Just wanted to check what others are using for that task - I found inSSIDer as a tool and think that would suit quite well, but don't want to invest without checking what you are using 😉
best regards
Peter

Personally I have and use chanalyzer as that not only shows the other SSIDs but also background noise levels as well as any potential interference. it also helps show co-channel interference by what other APs on which channels are heard and/or causing issues. ...the down side is... it's not free.
