We are using two V2110 (09.15.08.0006) controllers with round about 100 APs. One AP3710i Internal was broken because of a water damage. We exchanged it with a new one but this one registered with the serial #0000000000000001. I set it to factory defaults but nothing changed.
Finally it is working but this behaviour is very strange. Do you have any ideas? Is it possible to set the serial number manually?

You will need to contact GTAC, if the serial is still showing this error it should be replaced also.
