Hi,

We use EWC 5210 version 09.21.11.0004. On our 802.1x eduroam VNS we see that radius accounting session start packages lacks the client ip field.

radius-2 radiusd[1354]: timestamp="2016-10-13 16:21:09" package-type="Accounting-Request" acct-status-type="Start" username="abc@abc.edu.tr" calling-station-id="EC:9B:F3:xx:xx:xx" called-station-id="20:B3:99:xx:xx:xx" ap_name="HOPA-MYO-KAT-Z" nas="eduroam" ip="0.0.0.0" session-time=""

As you see it is 0.0.0.0. The interim update package logs shows the client ip.

Any idea why it shows client ip as 0.0.0.0?
