Identifi Captive Portal Design

We just installed a V2210 and everything is working fine but we notice the captive portal page that pops up on mobile devices is very small and requires users to zoom in to use the form. Does anyone have a recommendation as to how I can create a page that adapts to the mobile screen with a different view?

Maybe Extreme can modify de code to create a css with extreme logo and colours... and host in the gtac web with a procedure to install it at the controller.
