Include company logo in customized ticket page

Many customers ask, if it possible to include a logo into the ticket page. This is till now not possible, except you do a unofficial hack. I discribed it in this post one year ago.

It would be really great, if you could upload an image for the ticket page via the web interface and then include it into the ticket page using a customized html template.

I tryed to add a logo via data:URI. But I got the error message during upload of the template that links to subdirectories are not allowed.

Hello Christoph,

i only tried the online generator to convert the image and tested the output in the browser, but I never tried to include it in the ticket page. Sounds like it isn't supported, even this would be a better way to do this. I still use the hack descibed earlier in this thread and include the image via uploaded image. Would be really great if the develop include a official way to include logos.

Another option would be to convert the logo to a data: URI and then include that in the template. There's online generators that you can upload an image to convert to one.
