Install of 3605/3610 APs

How should the 3605/3610 APs be mounted? What does their antenna pattern look like? Is it a donut shape? Can these APs be wall mounted and ceiling mounted? Most of our APs are sitting on whiteboards or desks. How should these APs be placed to get the best coverage for a classroom?

This was the best I could find. but this should give you an idea of what the patterns look like in the air. -90° means that it is ceiling mounted downward facing. You can see the pattern is a little skewed.

I replied on your other thread. I like having the AP's covering a small area (1-2 rooms) rather than try to have them cover a large area (multiple rooms). You need more access points with this model, but you also gain more control. So, ceiling mounted on a normal height ceiling would be the best method. You can think of the pattern to be a conical one. Maybe a little ovular given that 3600 series ap's have their antennae on either side of the ap.
