We have 2 carts, with both having a mixture of iPads and iPods running iOS version 12.1.4, and whatever AP they are connected to, that AP slows to a crawl until the cart is wheeled out of the room or the iOS devices are shut down. We have connected both carts in different rooms at different ends of the school building, and effect is the same. Wireless slows to a crawl. Without the carts connected to the AP, I get an average speed of 80 Mbps, but when they are connected to an AP, the speed goes to 150 kbps.
Has anyone had any issues with iOS devices running version 12.1.4 with AP 3705i? I am in the process of updating the iOS version to 13., but it is a slow process considering I have to get a Verizon MiFi card to get a connection.
