restart wireless controller C5210

How come when I restart the wireless controller C5210, all of the radio channels show "off", even though none of the APs are down? I want to be able to see what channels the APs are using, so I can change them in case interference.

If any controller resets in a pair, all the access points will fail over to the second controller from the pair that's still up. We don't automatically release the access points back to the controller when the controller is back on line. It's gives you time to address the reason why the controller went down in the first place.

Thanks Doug! That worked! When restarting primary controller: Why do the APs show up active on the foreign controller and not active on their primary controller? I was just wonder why the APs do that?
