I have 2 ssid broadcasted from same wireless network gives different speed in 5G

Checked the SSID configuration- > similar configuration

similar speed rate setting  but different in connection speed due to it the users those who are connected to DL SSID facing issue when they move away from access point.

the SSID TPIND-DL contains both 2.4 and 5 G broadcast.

To answer to your question. When they connect to the DL network (Laptop or Android tablet)  it shows the device is connected with 5G with a speed of 54 Mbps.  Even when it forced to connect in 2.4 it the same.
