I would like to understand an issue regarding how XIQ generates some information and statistics for devices and APs:
Expanding the connection information on a device, I noticed that the radio standard it was connected to was 802.11be (even on 2.4 GHz, on an AP where the 2.4 GHz radio was disabled). To provide context, the radio profile of the AP to which this device was connected is 802.11ax.
So far, no issues; I would accept it as a possible bug in the transmission of this information within XIQ. However, from what I observed, it is precisely these devices that show the radio standard as 802.11be that are experiencing some connectivity issues—minor and not very frequent, but still with inferior performance compared to devices where this "bug" does not occur. I would like to know if this is already on the Extreme team's radar or if anyone else has encountered the same problem.
