Hi,

I have a problem with configuration radius authentication on Windows serwer 2012r2.

I’ve done everything like is on this video on my Windows serwer 2012.

I was configured my AP 7632 from this article:

https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000082131

I can’t connect with AP from PC with my domain login and password.

Hello,

RADIUS is a service for user authentication. It can runs it's own user database or deal with some other service like AD. So myusername and mypassword it's your wireless client username and password you are trying to confirm. You should receive ACCEPT (with some extra attributes) or REJECT from RADIUS server. Please see example follow

vx9000-A2315B#service radius test 192.168.88.254 secret123 elin admin123

Radius test authentication succeeded.

RADIUS: Rx access-accept from 192.168.88.254

Attributes received from Radius Server are:

General Attributes and values:

7                       1

vx9000-A2315B#service radius test 192.168.88.254 secret123 elin admin124

Radius test authentication failed.

RADIUS: Rx access-reject from 192.168.88.254

Hi, thanks for answer.
myusername myuserpassword -  which username?  Main local admin account from AP?

Or my domain account username(domain\username)?

It was no username by configuring radius client on AP and NPS on Windows serwer (only radius password - it’s the same on AP and NPS).

Hello,

  Try this first from AP

ap7632-XXXX#service radius test 10.0.1.1 myradiussecret myusername myuserpassword

Also as long your AP is not adopted to any controller you should not use any proxy and your AP should be known on RADIUS as a client
