Hi
I tried to create a case but got another problem "Collection size 12,115 exceeds maximum size of 1,000.", so I cannot create case in order to download. The 5.8.6.9 PATCH for AP7131 is to address FIX of WPA2 KRACK vulnerabilities – it very vital for me.

We aren't able to create portal accounts using "free" email services like the one your address is associated with.
Please create a new Extreme Portal account using a corporate email address.

Hi Mark,
The account tied to your email address I see here on The Hub isn't linked to a portal account (somehow).
Can you please email portal@extremenetworks.com to let them know about this issue? Please be sure to mention which account you're logging in with.
