How do I create route between two VLANS on Wing 7

I have two Vlans created on an AP310, VLAN 1 and 70.  The Vlan70 works from a NAT of Vlan1 and yours dhcp server is created inside the AP310.
I need that Vlan70 communicate completely with vlan1, but I can't access the services of vlan1 from vlan70.
