Hey,
I looked around, and support informed me that I would not be able to obtain firmware through their support portal. Would there be another way to obtain firmware for this AP? It’s currently on the LEAN firmware and I just want to upload a full firmware so I can run it as a standalone AP.

If you just bought the AP from outside of Extreme channel, then there is basically close to zero chance to get any firmware or support for such product.

I was denied when I tried to apply for an account, saying that I could not apply for an account without a first-party purchase.
I saw other forum posts indicating that maintenance support would be available in this circumstance. Am I mistaken?
To clarify, I would be more than happy to pay for a maintenance contract, however, I have not been able to do so.
