looking at the the network view in wing 5.8.5 I can see the AP's OK, but some are RED with a red ring round them
I have looked on the help, but it does not give any information, does anyone have an idea why some are red ?

The steps outlined by Ondrej, using the CLI from the wireless controller, is the best and quickest method to remove all crash files from all devices within the rf-domain. If multiple rf-domains are configured, the remote-debug command would need to be issued for each rf-domain.

Hi Tuan
I think you have to go to each device, if you go to Devices / operations and then select the device from the lefthand view then in the middle view

the crash file will appear under filename, highlight it and select delete at the bottom, Some on the crash files I had were from 2016, so filed them in B1N
