looking at the the network view in wing 5.8.5 I can see the AP's OK, but some are RED with a red ring round them
I have looked on the help, but it does not give any information, does anyone have an idea why some are red ?

Hi Tuan,

either use below process as described by Phil, or use CLI to do the batch remove as shown here

or using controller's GUI

many thanks for that, spot on, I'll keep an eye on those devices to see if crash files come back, But I think it may have been the power outage that we had

Hello Phil,

this usually means those have a crash file on them.

Once you delete this (and commit & write to apply changes), it will look normal.
