NX5500E Express Manager - Admin Accounts

Hi All

Is there a way to create additional administrative accounts on the NX5500E? The online help indicates that you can but maybe its only for NX9500 series?

The only change that can be made is to change the password for the 'admin' superuser account. It would be useful to be able to create a helpdesk limited access account.

NX5500E running 5.9.0 0-033R firmware.

Wing Express does no allow you to create additional Management account

The full Enterprise interface will allow you to create multiple Management Accounts with different permissions

Hello Steve,
Unfortunately, WiNG Express does not offer this feature and the admin account is the only account available under WiNG Express.
