Is there a way to configure a virtual IP for the active member of the wing controller cluster? I know this is normally achieved in a fashion similar to VRRP but I'm curious if someone manage to implement with the members in different subnets.
This is mainly so our guest administrators can login to the active controller in case of an issue. Also a nice indication of which controller is active.
Regards,
Bruno

Hi Bruno,
VRRP - pretty much my words...
However, you'd need to create a common tunneled VLAN here so you do not face problem with different subnets.

Good point!
My advice would be to contact your System Engineer and discuss a feature request so it could eventually make it to road plan for future WiNG releases!

Thanks Ondrej,
Didn't want to add extra complexity on the solution just to achieve this. Would be nice if there was a DNS option where the active just updates the record.
