This is a little old (5.9.0), but this states Other Linux (64-bit) -- https://documentation.extremenetworks.com/WiNG/5.9.0/9035073_VX_9000_IG.pdf.

I am running ESXi v6.5 in the lab and select "Other 2.6.x Linux (64-bit)".
