Changes
Installed up to two (in any combination) power supplies of type G3-PWR 400W non-POE, and/or G3-PWR-625W 625W non-POE, and/or G3-PWR-POE 1200W POE, into a G-Series switch.
Symptoms
The "AC OK" LED lights up, indicating that AC line voltage is sufficient.
The "DC OK" LED does not light, indicating that outgoing power is non-operational.
Cause
This condition will occur if a power supply is inserted upside down.
Solution
Check to ensure that each power supply is properly oriented in its bay.
