Changes
Installed an S-AC-PS non-POE power supply into an S-Series chassis.
Symptoms
The "AC OK" LED lights up, indicating that AC line voltage is sufficient.
The "DC OK" LED does not light, indicating that outgoing power is non-operational.
Cause
This condition will occur if the power supply is inserted upside down.
Solution
Check to ensure the power supply is properly oriented in its bay.
