To download firmware files, you will need an active support contract with Extreme Networks. If you'd like to discuss support contract options, please email community@extremenetworks.com and include where you are generally located, and we will send you the contact information for a local sales engineer in your area.
For Extreme Management Center (NAC, Netsight, Analytics) recommended versions, please visit the download section of the Extreme Portal, and look for the "XMC Release Recommendation" pdf file.
For recommendations on the ISW, 200-Series, XMC, BOSS and NAC Operating System, please contact the GTAC.
