I am trying to update my SR2024P switch to release 6.5r11 via ExtremeCloud IQ Connect but it keeps failing. The AP's have updated successfully to release 10.6.1.1
Can anyone please provide a process to obtain the firmware and update the unit locally.

Please note that the AH-SR-2024P has already reached both its End of Sale (EoS) and End of Service Life (EoSL) milestones:
End of Sale (EoS): 2/28/2019
End of Service Life (EoSL): 2/28/2024
The End of Service Life (EoSL) date marks the final day Extreme Networks provides service or support for the product. After this date, the product is considered obsolete, and all support services—including software downloads, documentation, and other product-related resources—will be removed from the Extreme Networks Support website.
