SR2024P was unable to save the image to flash memory

I am trying to update my SR2024P switch to release 6.5r11 via ExtremeCloud IQ Connect but it keeps failing.  The AP's have updated successfully to release 10.6.1.1

Can anyone please provide a process to obtain the firmware and update the unit locally.

Please note that the AH-SR-2024P has already reached both its End of Sale (EoS) and End of Service Life (EoSL) milestones:

End of Sale (EoS): 2/28/2019

End of Service Life (EoSL): 2/28/2024

The End of Service Life (EoSL) date marks the final day Extreme Networks provides service or support for the product.
