When I'm on the "Service Level" page, I can hit back, cancel, save draft, or next. If I hit next, I get;

"404


Sorry, we're unable to locate the page you are looking for.

Collection size 13,166 exceeds maximum size of 1,000.

I'm trying to see what, if any, entitlement I have for an AP 8132 that's (unfortunately) running the lite version of the firmware. Would like to upgrade to the full version.

Hi Huston, can you PM me your AP's serial number? There is no company account associated with your username on the portal, which is part of the reason you're seeing errors there.
If the AP was purchased by your company, I can help get your account linked up properly.
